Project 09 | Complete
Once again, my favorite part of the month, the project share out. From dog walk data viz, to coffee cup doodles, to crow friends, tears, and tomatoes... so many ways to think about the challenge, and so many ways to realize it. Good stuff. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.
Thanks, Pals!

SK | Dog Walks
Description: I was already playing around with visualizations of Apple Health data, so that's where my mind went for the pattern project. This spiral pattern is built from two morning dog walks this month. Each mark is a minute, indicating if it was mostly stopping/sniffing (dots) or mostly walking (lines) — it repeats the sniffiest and most active walk of the month. The variation alternates the direction that walk lines are slanted, a simple change that gives it a very different texture.

JC | Splice
