'Where Do We Go Now?'

It was a beautiful day in April 2025. It was my mom’s birthday, and we’d decided to take a trip to the Alatsee near Füssen. As you can imagine, my first thought was, “Which camera should I bring along?” After going back and forth for a while, i realized that I’d added my mom’s Agfamatic 6008 to my collection—more or less without asking. So it seemed like the perfect choice for the occasion. Aside from that, it was also the very first time I’d taken an 110 film camera out with me. That day, I took a few really nice snapshots of our trip. This one is one of my favorites because, in my opinion, it’s an extremely typical tourist photo. A nod to the ’80s—a bit of photographic nostalgia, captured in the 2020s.
