Joining A Second Campaign: Oops, All Monks! - Busytown D&D Adventures

A DM in a Discord server I'm in had an idea to try running a limited all monks campaign. Of COURSE I'm down for that. It'll be 10 sessions, every other week for like 10 sessions.

He's making it so we all are 3 levels of anything else + 3 levels of monk - like we abandoned our old life to start over as monks and we are "graduating" with our monk subclasses.

He also says if you pick a 2014 background and aren't Human, you can pick any feat at level 1

My character will, pending changes from session 0 next Monday, be:

Name: Morthil

Species: Lupine (a homebrew species by the DM, a wolf guy. Can add proficiency bonus to AC)

Old Life: Phantom Rogue (Whispers Of The Dead and Wails From The Grave sound cool)

Monk: Warrior Of Shadow

Feat: Bloodlust

Planning on lots of sneak attack using Shadow's casting of Darkness and stuff. Bloodlust will be fun too.

Also my dad will be joining which will be fun.

If I have to change it up, I might go some sort of barbarian/monk but not Shadow.
